Hilary was professional and guided me every step of the way throughout this awful process. Reassurance throughout was her key skill. Making me realise that I was not going nuts and to be treated the way I had been treated by my employer definitely was not legal or ethically correct.

Hopefully my ex employer will think twice about treating other staff the way I was.
